We welcome adults aged 18 and above who are seeking a structured, respectful environment to build independence. Applicants should be able to manage their daily responsibilities and follow community guidelines.
What forms of payment do you accept and what are the payment terms?
Our housing is designed to be affordable and stable. Prospective residents must complete a questionnaire and finalize paperwork for their move-in date. The first month's payment is required at the time of approval.
How long does the approval process take?
The approval process typically takes 1-2 days after we receive your completed questionnaire and all required documentation. We aim to provide clear feedback to all applicants promptly.
What forms of income are accepted?
We accept SSI, SDI, VA Disability, private pay, community funded programs, etc. Applicant MUST have a guaranteed income.
